About the Event

The adrenal glands produce adrenaline and cortisol, the stress hormones. If you are experiencing long periods of stress, these glands become depleted, leaving you feeling fatigued and exposed to a variety of long-term, stress-related symptoms.

One way that we can promote a state of relaxation and “rest and digest” in the body is to stimulate or strengthen the vagus nerve.
