Each class is designed to meet you where you are, offering practical techniques you can continue at home for lasting change.

This one-to-one format allows us to work at your pace, with personal attention and a focus on the areas that matter most to you. No previous yoga experience is required, only the willingness to begin.

Why I Practice Kundalini Yoga as a Therapist

​

For me, Kundalini Yoga is not just a personal passion, it is a daily discipline that shapes how I show up for my clients. I have practised it every single day for over 20 years, and it continues to be the foundation of my own self-awareness, emotional balance, and nervous system regulation.

​

As a therapist, my presence, clarity, and ability to hold space for others depend on my own inner state. Kundalini Yoga gives me the tools to clear my mind, ground my energy, and meet each client with compassion and steadiness. This practice keeps me connected to my authentic self, which in turn allows me to guide others toward their own inner truth.

I encourage many of my clients to develop a regular meditation and breathwork practice because I know firsthand how it strengthens resilience, promotes emotional healing, and supports meaningful change. When we work together in therapy, these practices become a powerful complement, helping clients feel calmer, more centred, and better able to process and integrate their experiences.

One-to-one private sessions are ideal when:

  • You want to learn the basic techniques of Kundalini Yoga before joining a regular class

  • You cannot attend regular classes but want to maintain your practice

  • You prefer to work at a pace that suits you and your individual needs

In each session, we tailor exercises (kriyas), meditations, and breathwork specifically for you. You will also receive a personalised practice to continue at home, which can greatly accelerate the benefits. Whether you are addressing physical discomfort, emotional stress, nervous system regulation, or energetic imbalance, there are thousands of kriyas and meditations to draw from, each chosen to meet your needs in the moment.
