dissolving fear and expanding the heart space - the alchemy of kundalini yoga 

 

Is fear blocking you from fulfilling your goals? 

 

This morning offering will include movement, kundalini yoga + meditation, breathwork, energy medicine techniques, mantra, mudra (hand postures), sound, and healing relaxation. This will help you feel alive, motivated, fearless and able to rewrite your story. 

​

Generally we are moving from a place of fear or we are moving from a place love-- it's typically one or the other which drives each thought, intention, motivation, action. Fear, which can sneakily rule us in our daily lives, may on the surface look like anxiety, irritability, anger, or depression. Very often fear is a liar, and when we energetically feed this lie, we unknowingly create more fearful energy.

Through our practice we will aim to release and transcend fear, as we open with a set for the kidneys, the organ which houses the energy of fear. We'll follow with a set of practices to open the heart, expanding our center of unconditional love and radiance.

 

Removing energetic, mental, emotional, and physical sludge, letting go of what doesn't serve us (fear!), and allowing the LOVE that makes us to lead the way.

This is the time to become the person you want to be, to be spiritually curious, to end and begin relationships from a wholehearted space, and to really reflect on the things you need and want in your space. 

Remember: There can be no true transformation in the outside world, if first we don’t achieve it in the realms within.

Lucinda has been teaching Yoga for over 20 years and was one of the first teachers to be trained in Kundalini Yoga in Australia. Her style of teaching reflects her wisdom and commitment as a teacher in the lineage of Kundalini Yoga.

No previous experience in yoga or related disciplines is required for you to begin to achieve undeniable benefits from your first class.
